- Continuing To Hire - One Now On Staff:  Sales positions for revenue sponsorships for pre and post-launch advertisers.  Pre-launch marketing sponsorships generate documented revenue for advertisers and the station, and are not dependent on station launch date.

Administration

BOOK-KEEPER & COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC COORDINATOR - Monday through Friday (part-time)
- Book-keeping
- Scheduling commercials as sold
- Scheduling programs according to the direction of the Program Director

Marketing
HIRED:  COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR/PROMOTIONS MANAGER/COMMUNITY PUBLIC RELATIONS (full-time)
- Responsible for executing station promotions, plus liaison with churches, community groups, sponsors and the general public, hosting at public events (with or without announcers present)
- Coordinates web content (other than news) for station's websites - just type and click - NO internet programming knowledge required
- Tell us about any executive level club/community organization leadership and/or fund-raising experience, identifying any measureable results; if possible, tell us about your experiences in rallying people to a cause with a specific objective and/or measureable results

SALES (full and part-time)
- Helping companies increase their sales by learning to analyze their businesses and then delivering custom-developed marketing solutions using proven marketing systems, strategies, advertising and sales tools

Programming
ANNOUNCERS/HOSTS (full and part-time)
- Morning Show - your choice of Monday through Friday (full OR part-time), or weekends (part-time) on Saturday and/or Sunday (5 am until 1 pm)

- Mid-afternoon Talk Show - Monday through Friday (part-time) - looking for up to 5 separate hosts - one or more weekdays per week per host

- Afternoon Drive - Monday through Friday (full OR part-time) - depending on the number of other duties you wish to handle

NEWS (full and part-time) - on-air and online reporting
- News Director/Announcer/Reporter - Monday through Friday (full time) - hires, trains, coaches and manages the news team, in addition to duties as a news announcer/reporter

- News Announcers/Reporters - Monday through Friday (mornings from 5 am - 1 pm, full-time), Monday through Friday (days - plus limited evening reporting, full-time or part-time), or weekends on Saturday and/or Sunday (5 am until 1 pm, part-time - plus limited evening reporting during weekdays)

PRODUCERS (part time)
- Technical Producer - manages on-air broadcast of local, call-in talk show, screens callers to identify which callers should go on air next; at ease with multi-tasking and computers - Monday-Friday afternoons - looking for up to 5 separate technical producers - one or more weekdays per week per technical producer

- Content Producer - identifies potential topics and guests in conjunction with the host and the Program Director; calls, arranges and confirms guests, hosts; researches show content for host - Monday-Friday afternoons - looking for up to 5 separate content producers - one or more weekdays per week per content producer

PROGRAM DIRECTOR - Monday through Friday (full time)
- Develops talk and music program strategy and tactics with General Manager (Andy McNabb)
- Hires, trains, coaches and manages the announcing team
- Will also work as an announcer, or in the news department

MUSIC DIRECTOR
- Chooses music to fit parameters of limited number of music programs on what is a local news and Christian talk-focused format
