Statement Of Faith
As inspired by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA: www.bgea.org):  The radio station is not affiliated with BGEA, but recognizes and appreciates the decades of work by Dr. Graham and his association in their global leadership in the communication of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

As President and CEO of this radio station, I, Andy McNabb believe:

: :  The Bible is the infallible Word of God, that it is His holy and inspired Word, and that it is of supreme and final authority.

: :  In one God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

: :  Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary.  He led a sinless life, took on Himself all our sins, died and rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate.

: :  That all people everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God, and need to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through His shed blood on the cross, in that you must be born again to get to heaven (John 3:3).

: :  That Christ rose from the dead and is coming soon.

: :  That Jesus Christ is my personal Lord and Saviour, and that I am born again, as according to John 3:3 that states:   “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (New King James version)

: :  In holy Christian living, and that we must have concern for the hurts and social needs of people.

: :  We must dedicate ourselves anew to the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and to His authority over our lives.

News Director, writer, volunteer, mother of three.  Christy has firmly committed her life to serving God.

"God is my absolute reason for being and doing.  Without Him I am nothing, but in Him I can be all things and do all things.  He has helped me through some incredibly difficult times, picked me up and dusted me off and planted me in inexplicable, incredible places; and I am endlessly thankful to my Father, and to Christ who redeems me."

Christy served as Radio News Director and anchor for CJLF Radio in Barrie, working there from 2001-2006.  Most recently, and for several years, she owned and operated Burton Communications, and published stories and photographs in community newspapers.

"As a long-time, passionate writer and photojournalist, I know that community cohesiveness and public responsibility are just some of the by-products of socially responsible reporting.

What a thrill to cover life in this beautiful city that turns out some of the finest hockey players in the world, cutting edge science and research, and globally respected medical personnel, and is home to the highest hydraulic lift lock in the world!

A community-minded, talk focused radio format is perfect for a wonderful city such as Peterborough; and the Christian-based family values programming on FM 90.5 will serve the community in a most uplifting and helpful way.

Peterborough people are some of the nicest anywhere, and I very much look forward to spending time sharing the experiences and knowledge of the residents, students and workers, and those who love them.

Everyone has a story to tell, and I am extending an invitation to every citizen and every organization to bring their story forward so that we all may grow, learn and prosper."
